Each player is permitted to maintain only one active pinayvip account. If pinayvip detects that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — all duplicate accounts will be suspended immediately. Security Notice: pinayvip is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access was made possible by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. pinayvip accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, Cebuana Lhuillier, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other person — are strictly prohibited. pinayvip reserves the right to return deposits made from third-party accounts and to suspend the receiving player's account pending investigation.
Deposits are credited to your pinayvip account in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and any conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. pinayvip does not charge platform fees on withdrawals; however, your payment provider may charge their own transaction fees.
GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes for amounts under ₱50,000. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within 1–3 business days. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. pinayvip reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above ₱50,000.
Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if: (a) your KYC verification is incomplete; (b) there is a pending investigation into your account; (c) your account has an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements; or (d) pinayvip has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.
All transactions on the pinayvip Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). pinayvip does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. All electronic games on the pinayvip Platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories. The RNG ensures that all game outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by previous results, player behavior, or any external factor. pinayvip does not manipulate game outcomes.
Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studio facilities. The outcome of live dealer games is determined by physical game elements — cards, roulette wheels, dice — and is not subject to RNG certification. In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game round, pinayvip reserves the right to void the affected game round and return all wagers placed in that round to the players' accounts. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact pinayvip's support team and allow a period of 30 days for pinayvip to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. This requirement does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
